      1. Pon una regla en el suelo al lado de tu pie (mejor si la pones junto a la parte interna del pie, al lado del pulgar).
      2. Ayúdate de algún objeto recto, ponlo a la altura del dedo más largo de tu pie y marca el punto en el que se cruza con la regla. Haz lo mismo con el talón. Te recomendamos que te midas ambos pies, ya que las dimensiones suelen variar
