      1. Place a ruler on the floor next to your foot (it's best if you place it next to the inside of your foot, next to your big toe).
      2. Use a straight object to measure your foot. Place it at the height of your longest toe and mark the point where it intersects the ruler. Do the same for your heel. We recommend measuring both feet, as sizes often vary.
